James Jackson, MD has been a practicing emergency physician for 14 years. After graduation from Clear Lake High School, Jim received a Biochemistry degree from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from UTMB in Galveston.

After serving as Chief Resident of Internal Medicine and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at UTMB, Jim practiced emergency medicine at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital for the past 10 years while commuting from his home in Clear Lake.

Louis Reyna IV has been a long time Clear Lake resident since 1976.  Having graduated from Clear Lake High School and majoring in Business Management at San Jacinto College and the University of Houston.  His expertise in customer service, public relations and administrative operational efficiency continue to enhance Clear Lake ER’s presence in the community.

Jose Flores has years of experience working in hospital-based and freestanding ERs. He lives in the Clear Lake area and is fluent in English and Spanish.
